We are a brokerage specialising in the sale and purchase of established businesses. We are not an open classifieds marketplace: every business on the platform has been reviewed, and every buyer who reaches its details is someone we know and have approved.
Why a managed model?
Selling a business is not like selling a product. The information a serious buyer needs — revenue, profit, lease terms, the reason for selling — is exactly the information that can damage the seller if it reaches a competitor, an employee or a supplier. So the platform is built on one principle: information is disclosed in stages, and only to people entitled to see it.
How that works in practice
- Accounts are by invitation. Administrators create buyer and seller accounts and activate subscriptions by hand. There is no open self sign-up.
- Every business is reviewed before publication. The seller submits through a form built for their type of business; our team reviews it and asks for anything missing before approving.
- Layered disclosure. The seller and the brokerage decide together what any visitor sees, what opens only to a qualified buyer who has spent a subscription credit, and what is released only after a confidentiality agreement.
- Every sensitive action is recorded in an append-only audit trail that says who did what, and when.
