How the subscription works

Your subscription gives you a set number of unlocks. Unlocking a business spends one credit and opens its full details, which then stay saved in your account — you never pay twice for the same business.

After you unlock

If you want to proceed you register your interest and the brokerage arranges contact. We do not hand over the seller's details, nor yours to them, until both sides agree.

Plans and pricing

The lowest subscription for browsing the site is AED 99 per week, which gives you a general view of the businesses without their details. If a particular business interests you, each opportunity you examine in depth costs AED 49.

Commissions

A commission of 10% applies to the total value of the transaction, in return for completing all sale and acquisition procedures for each party.

Expenses

Any expenses arising from any transaction — renewals, legal agencies, private notary fees, or the fees of the various economic departments and free zones — are borne by the buyer for full acquisition, and are not counted within the transaction value subject to commission.
