What we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone and the client's statutory details.
• Business data: what a seller submits about their business, and the documents attached.
• Usage records: sign-ins, unlocks, interest requests, and the IP address on login attempts.

Why we collect it

To run the service: verifying identity, activating subscriptions, performing unlocks, connecting the parties, and protecting the platform from misuse.

Who can see what

• A public visitor sees only what has been marked public on each listing.
• A subscribed buyer sees full details only for businesses they have unlocked.
• A seller sees aggregate statistics about their own business — views and unlocks — never buyer identities.
• Platform staff access what their role requires, and every sensitive access is logged.

Uploaded documents

Stored outside the public web directory and reachable only through temporary signed links bound to a user account. No document has a permanent direct URL.

Retention

The audit trail is kept permanently because it is an accountability record. Read notifications are pruned after a set period.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction, or deletion of your account via sales@bizlisting-hub.com. Records we are legally required to retain are excepted.
