Terms and conditions
1. Scope of service
The platform provides brokerage between business owners and investors. We are an intermediary and not a party to any sale, and we do not guarantee that any transaction will complete.
2. Accounts
Accounts are created by administrators; there is no self sign-up. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Two-factor authentication is mandatory for staff accounts.
3. Subscriptions and unlocks
A subscription grants a set number of business unlocks. A credit is spent at the moment of unlocking, and the unlocked business remains available in your account afterwards. Spent credits are not refundable and do not transfer between accounts.
4. Confidentiality
Information you access about any business is confidential. Copying, republishing or using it for any purpose other than evaluating an acquisition is prohibited. Breach results in immediate suspension, without prejudice to any other legal remedy.
5. Accuracy of information
Business information is supplied by its owners. We review it and request supporting documents, but that review is neither an audit nor a warranty. Due diligence rests with the buyer.
6. Seller obligations
The seller confirms that they own the business or are authorised to sell it, that the information they provide is accurate and not misleading, and that they will notify the platform of any material change.
7. Suspension
Administrators may suspend or archive any account for breach of these terms or on suspicion of misuse. Such actions are recorded in an append-only audit trail.
8. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for investment decisions or losses arising from reliance on information presented on the platform.
9. Governing law
Transactions on this platform are subject to the commercial law of the United Arab Emirates.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The last-updated date is shown at the top of this page, and continuing to use the platform after an update constitutes acceptance.
